Personal Details

1. Aupeer CIC asks for your name, email address and phone number (phone number not compulsory) on the website registration and booking form to enable us to add you to Aupeer CIC’s mailing list for the purpose of sending you information relating specifically to providing the companies stated services.  Including, but not limited to: Zoom meeting information, cancellation or rescheduling updates, asking for information to support improvement of services and to provide support to access services.  

2. Aupeer CIC asks for your name, phone number and email address via the website contact form to enable Aupeer CIC to effectively follow up any enquiries.  These details will remain stored within Aupeer CIC's email client until the email is deleted. The details are not added to Aupeer CIC's mailing list.  If you wish Aupeer CIC to remove your details from the email client once the enquiry is completed, please email aupeercic@aupeer.org.uk

3. This minimum information aims to comply with the lawful basis for collecting, storing and using personal data as defined by GDPR under 'legitimate interest'  and allows Aupeer CIC to provide its core services.

4. Your details will be stored securely, will not be passed to third parties without consent, and will be deleted if you are not in contact with Aupeer CIC within the period of 12 months.

1. Aupeer CIC receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, Aupeer CIC collects the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet.  Aupeer CIC may use software tools and cookies to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
